30 hours!

Whoa! I think I just broke another record, people! I went without sleeping for 32 hours and stayed at SFU for 27 hours straight! After a semester of hard work, our Digital Photo Album System is finally completed. It’s been a great time getting to know the people in my team.

Well, it’s gettingĀ  close to the finals, so good luck everyone! I am pretty tired and sleepy right now, and my brain is not funtioning all that well. So I cannot come up with much to say at the moment :P

Presentation done, now comes the final product!

Well, boys and girls, the presentation went great. Although we did screw up on some of the slides, we made the whole class laugh. After getting everyone’s peer evaluations back, turns out that the whole class enjoyed it, except for one, who absolutely despised our presentation and claimed that nothing was good about it. Oh well, we got the top mark, so HA!

So, I would like to thank everyone who wished me good luck, add oil, and what not. THANK YOU! Wouldn’t have done so well, without ya ;) .

Anyways, since we have done our presentation on Thursday, my group and I have been busy finishing up the project. Let’s hope we can finish it by Tuesday :P . Better get back to work! See ya!

Presentation!!

My CMPT 275 group presentation is tomorrow! To be honest, I am getting kinda nervous. So far, everyone in the class have been just standing there and talking about their projects (pretty dull and dry :P ). But my group’s presentation is gonna be DIFFERENT. We are most likely gonna be the first and only group doing a skit… (or, heck, we’ll probably be the first and only group that’s not gonna be just standing around talking in turn)… and not only that, we’re gonna go wild!!

At some point of the presentation, I’m gonna be there, screaming out in CANTONESE, asking for help and claiming that they have kidnapped me from HK to do the code for them…

As you can probably see, this can easily get out of hand. And I think it’s pretty much just “hit or miss”, either the prof loves it, or she’ll hate it… I sure hope the prof will find it funny like my group does…

Anyways, better read over my lines one more time before I go to bed. I’ll try to update you guys on how it turns out tomorrow when I get back! Cheers!

Busy busy busy!

The past few days have been really busy for me and I pretty much just forgot all about my blog :P .

Anyways, I went to karaoke on monday… with 13 people! Haha, I think the most I went with before was, like, 6 people? Haha, anyways, it was a lot of fun! I must say, we got some pretty talented singers, eh? Haha, hope we can get something like this arranged some time!

Too bad my bro couldn’t take many good pictures that night tho, (Don’t get defensive yet, brother, I am not saying it’s your fault, just read on! :P ) cuz many of the people just turned away or cover themselves up and whatnot, hehe! (Nah, of course it wasn’t me, I always meet the camera with my nice and charming smile! HAha)

As for school, there is not much to talk about except that my group for cmpt 275 (the class with the semester-long group project) is doing our presentation next week!! Hmm, now that I think of it, I wonder when was it that I started to like doing presentations?

Haha, anyways, that’s it for now! Sorry for not updating as often as I wanted to, but please do come back, my FRIENDS!! Haha, salaam!!

ps: Thanks, Alfred for that “goodbye in many languages” site, ;)

It’s been… WHOA, 12 days?!

Can’t believe it’s been that long since I last updated! Well, let’s see what happened recently…

  • My bro got a online photo album thing going. We’re just gonna upload most of the pics up there from now on.
  • Started drawing again! :P It’s been at least half a year since the last time I drew. And I think I’ll probably post some of them on the gallery too.
  • Started playing Final Fantasy XII, it’s a pretty awesome game. Beautiful graphics, sweet animations, and a nice and more realistic storyline. Plus, it’s not as dull as a lot of other RPGs.

Well, that’s all I can come up with for now, stay tuned for more!
